Cheddar Beer Spread

2-8 oz packages of cream cheese (at room temperature)
3 Tbls of butter
2 blocks of extra sharp cheddar cheese (grated)
(approximately 4-5 cups)
1 cup of beer
2 Tbls of coarse grain mustard
2-3 Tbls of horseradish
1-4 tsp of crushed red pepper flakes
Tabasco to taste

In a mixer or food processor mix cheeses together, along
with butter.
Process until smooth, while adding the beer.
Add the rest of the ingredients and mix thorougly.
Serve spread with crispbreads,pretzels,fresh apples or pears
or your favorite cracker.
