Orange Balsalmic Glazed Chicken Thighs

4-6 Chicken Thighs,bone in,skin on.

Ingredients for marinade
½ cup white wine
¼ cup olive oil
½ cup orange juice
salt and pepper
fresh rosemary
½ tsp of Seasonello
(found in the spice section of the supermarket,by the salt)

Method for marinating
Wisk ingredients together
Place the chicken in a shallow glass dish, and
pour the marinade over.
Marinate for about and hour or overnight.

Roast the chicken for about 20 minutes at 350 degrees.
Meanwhile make the glaze.

Ingredients for the glaze
3 shallots,roughly chopped.
1 cup fresh orange juice and the rind.
1-11/2 cups balsamic vinegar
3 Tbls orange marmalade
1 tsp honey

Method for glaze
Carmelize the shallots in olive oil
Add I cup of orange juice and the rind.
Let the orange juice reduce a little bit.
Add 1 cup balsmic vinegar and let it come to  a boil.
Reduce the heat,add the marmalade and honey.
Reduce down for  about 15 minutes until syrupy.
Add ½ cup more vinegar if you lke more vinegar flavor.

When the chicken is done after the first 20 minutes,pour the glaze over the thighs and return the
chicken to the oven for another 15-20 minutes.
