Pecan Snow Balls

Ingredients
2 Sticks of butter
½ cup of confectionary sugar
2 tsp of pure vanilla extract
2 cups of all purpose flour
2 cups of pecans- chopped fine

Method
Cream the butter with sugar
Scaping down the bowl.
Add the vanilla and gradually add the flour at
slow speed.
Add in the pecans.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Take one heaping teaspoon of dough and roll into a ball.
Place the balls on the baking sheet and then place the baking sheets
in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes)
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Bake the ball for 20 minutes.
The bottoms should be lightly browned,
Rolll the balls in confectionary sugar.
