Tuna Puttanesca Sauce
1 Tuna steak about 1 ½” thick
Cut into 2 inch chunks
2 cloves of garlic, sliced
4-5 anchovies, chopped
1 can of San Marzano plum tomatoes
½ cup of capers
½ cup of chopped parsley
1 cup of sliced calamata olives

Add the tuna to the sauce and cook for another 5-6 minutes.
