Zucchini and Rice Timbale

8-10 Zucchini- sliced
1 Lb of aborio rice-cooked
Tomato sauce
Fresh mozzarella
Grated asiago cheese

Oil a casserole dish and layer the sliced zucchini.
Ladel some tomato sauce over the rice and add cubed fresh
mozzarella.Then sprinkle with the asiago cheese then drizzle
wtih olive oil.
Repeat the layers and end with the zucchini and asiago cheese,

Bake for 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees.
